ABSTRACT The Co]ombian prove system, it's allowed that expert judgment to be used as a fundament to express or dictate sentences and judicial verdicts to people involved in criminal matters, when proves have come to the proving process that can demonstrate the innocence or guiltiness of the individual being studied because of this, it's very important to diminish the risks of possible alteratio.n on the individua]jty in one person. With this test pilot it was possible to find a1terations of the individuality, support by the enzymatic individual .markers in individuals who have received blood transfusion. Samples where obtained from 30 people which completed the basic conclitions ofthe assay. This persons had two samples of anticoagu1ated total blood taken by intravenous puncture before and after the transfusion with in the fust 24 hours, and a third sample was taken from thc pilots of each one of the units given to every patient, so it could be demonstrated if the alteration that was found was caused by the blood unit that was used for the blood transfusion. Rlills of conventional electroforetic in gel of agarose for enzymatic individuals markers Phospoglwnutase (PGM) and Esterase D (EsD) were made, and an alteration for the first enzyme in 6,6% and for the second enzyme in 33% was found in the study.
